MR. ALEXANDER, Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the home best it was better than Disney. The quiet atmosphere and excellent accommodations allowed our family to spend quality time together. The only problem was the time was to short!!!!! The kids loved that part. Again thank you. Dear Lance, I recently stayed in a Dream home in June 2000. It was a beautiful home and very relaxing. After coming back to my home I wondered about possibly becoming an agent for Dream Homes. I told my family and friends about the homes and they were surprised that there were homes like yours available for rent. dear lance and karin, we just wanted to tell you how lovely we found your home. my 3 sons got very spoiled with a pool just outside the living room doors. i would certainly recommend your agency to my friends planning a trip to florida. we just had one problem. we were in #7804 in the Indian Ridge development to the right side after turning onto Sand Hill Road. there was a cd player in one of the bedrooms and my son discovered in South Carolina that he left a Brittany Spears in the player. if the cleaning personnel have found it and turned it in would it be possible to return it to him via mail? he would greatly appreciate it if it is able to happen. everyone in the office was very personable and we found it most courteous that someone called to check that everything was satisfactory the night of your arrival ( i believe her name was Nikki). thank you for looking into the cd matter for me. sincerely,

Dear Jeff & Lori, I would like to thank you for the excellent home you provided us with on our recent stay in DisneyWorld. I must admit that I was skeptical beforehand, but the home was all you advertized it to be, and an great value to boot! Feel free to use this e-mail in your advertizing. In fact, as a token of my appreciation, I would be willing to answer inquiries from people who want to talk to someone who has stayed at one of your properties. We only had one problem, which I can help you solve for others. Hy 192 is currently under repair, and the trip back and forth from Disney, or other attractions is very frustrating and time consuming--due to the road construction. Fortunately, I found a quick alternate route that others would greatly appreciate. Oceola Parkway is an excellent road that parallels Hy 192. However, the map does not show any road that connects to it, even though there is one. A few blocks east of Splendid China, Sherberth Road crosses Hy 192 (by the Union 76 gas station). Simply turn left on Sherberth, and this will take you to Oceola Parkway, which connects the Disney Animal Kingdom Resort to the other Disney Theme Parks. This is an excellent road, and will save those who stay with you much time and aggrivation. I sure wish I knew about this earlier, as I wasted over 1 hour sitting in traffic. I had a good map of the area too, but it did not show that Sherberth Road connects to Oceola Parkway. I hope you pass this information on to other vacationers, and thanks again for helping to make our vacation so enjoyable.

This is Gregs wife Tiffiny. First let me tell that the home was beautiful. With four children and my parents along, the home was big enough for the children to play in one area, while grandpa and grandma escaped to the master suite downstairs. While Tropical storm Gabrielle brought rain-late in the week-we made good use of the pool, and the location was excellent. Thank you again.

Hi Lance, My name is Pat Egidio. I dont know if you remember me. We rented from Dream Homes last week. We stayed at 1025 Soaring Eagle. I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our vacation. The home was wonderful. This is our second time with Dream Homes and we were so happy again. We are planning on coming again to Florida in Feb. for a week or two. I will contact you when we get closer and secure the dates. Hopefully you will be able to accomodate us. One other reason that I am writing to you. My daughter in law told me today when we were having Thanksgiving Dinner together that when she was doing the laundry she accidentally packed two of the towels and one pillowcase that belonged to the house we rented. She accidentally put it in her suitcase.She is going to put them into the mail tomorrow and you should get them back next week. We are sorry about that. JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW HOW HAPPY AND PLEASED WE WERE WITH THE HOUSE RENTAL FOR THE WEEK WE STAYED IN FLORIDA FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTERS CHEERLEADING COMPETITION IN APRIL OF THIS YEAR. After spending all Saturday night on the Internet looking for a rental home we still were not sure. This is are first time renting a home. Denise made it very easy for our vacation house choice. She was so kind and understanding. Just wanted to let you know that Denise did a VERY FIND JOB... We cant wait to get to our AAA DREAM HOME.

Hi Jacquee, Thank you for answering all my questions so promptly. Because of your excellent customer service, I feel comfortable using your company. My husband should receive clearance this weekend for his vacation, so I will contact you to make the reservation. He is also thinking about maybe getting a house/villa with a pool in the backyard. Hello Donna; We arrived home safely, after our long drive, thanks for asking. Our experience with your home and company, was an excellent one. The home was very comfortable and the pool was great, my clients, co-workers and myself enjoyed the just as much as we enjoyed disney, in fact after a long day of walking at the parks, it was nice to go home to a house that we could unwind in. Dear Lance & Karen, Just wanted to let you know that the house we rented last week was great. It was a little big for just the two of us (my son and daughter-in-law were supposed to come but canceled at the last minute) but it was nice having all the room to ourselves. The location couldnt have been better. I do have one suggestion....get softer beds. The mattress in the master bedroom was a little too hard for my back, but we made do. Thanks again and maybe well do it again next year.

Jacquee, Sorry for the late response. Thank you for the email and we all appreciate your help before, during and after our stay in the dream homes. Every year another person moves on and we work with someone new at Dream Homes to help with our arrangements. I hope you will be around next year when its time for all of us to return. I enjoyed working with you and appreciate your quick response to all of our requests. Its a shame the pool was an issue. I think going forward we are not going to worry about heating a pool at the house we stay at. Otherwise we had a ball. Ill be in touch in the fall to get ready for January 08 not unless some travel back that way comes up before then. I do have a few people that I have recommend they use Dream Homes instead of the rental companies they used this time. There were a lot of issues. I look forward to working with you again in the fall and hope we can bring business to Dream Homes for another six years if not more. Take care.
