Dear Editors, Not long ago you made a brief mention in your newsletter about Dream Homes in Florida. My wife, daughter, grandson and I have stayed in a Dream Home for the last two weeks and will depart on Tuesday. It has been a wonderful experience. We rented an almost new (2-3 years old) three bedroom, two bath, living/dining room, kitchen and two car garage for about $105 per day. The home is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences such as microwave oven, TV, VCR, dishes, furniture, in other words, all you need to bring is your toothbrush. After using the initial supply, you will of course have to supply your own toilet paper, paper towels and dinner napkins, etc. My wife located Dream Homes on the Internet and all the paper work was handled by e-mail and FAX. When we arrived late in the evening, our instructions were to go from the airport to their office (detailed instruction on how to get there were provided), use a code to open a box to retrieve our keys with instructions about how to get there. We were instructed to go to their office the next day to complete the paper work which also was easy to do. When we arrived at the home, we found it to be spotless. It is 1215 square feet in area and has a screen enclosed, but not heated, swimming pool. Heating the pool costs $20/day but it was quite warm enough for us to swim in without heating. Dear Lance and Karin, My family and I resided at one of your properties approximately 3 weeks ago in Florida. I must say the accommodations were excellent. The welcome and service we receive from your staff was reassuring of what kind of stay we could have look forward to having. Although we had several changes to come about with our party, Karin and Michelle were very understanding and saw fit to accommodate our party in everyway possible. Dear Jeff, It was nice meeting you on our visit to Orlando. You should have received the second house key by now. If not, let me know. As the last time, we very much enjoyed our stay in one of your rental homes. It was a perfect way for our group to experience a trade show by offering the privacy of separate bedrooms yet also having living areas to congregate for conversation and entertainment. The full kitchen provided a cost effective alternative to eating out -- especially making breakfast a relaxed, casual experience to start the day. I highly recommend your rentals and have passed along your cards to others looking for a cost effective alternative to crowded and expensive hotels. Hi Lance. Just wanted to let you know Ive told TONS of people here in Tallahassee about our trip last weekend and how nice the house was. Hopefully, youll get lots of rentals out of that! :) Do you or anyone you know rent houses like that in other locations? The group I brought down to Disney is planning a trip to the mountains in Georgia this fall. We did a trip like that last year, but we had to rent 2 cabins to get the number of bedrooms we needed. It would be great if we could find one house where we could all stay. If you know of any place, please let me know. Hi Lance, My family (all 16 of us) just returned from our Florida "Dream Home" vacation. We enjoyed it tremendously (even the youngest one -2years). My husband and I along with our two daughters were "Dream Home" vacationers in April of this year. We wanted the rest of the family to enjoy the comfort and space of vacationing in a dream home versus the hotel. They were pleasantly surprised at the spacious and tastefully decorated home. The bonus was the four bathrooms -- enough so that we didnt have lines waiting to get in. We will definitely use Dream Homes again. Sincerely,

Our stay was great! The house was marvelous! We were in a good location where restaruants, and grocery stores were plentiful, and the distance to the convention center wasnt bad either. Would like to commend your cleaning lady who really did a great job cleaning the BIG mess the people before us left for her, and still managed to let us in a little early. Youve got a great team! Reference LIII Dear Mark & Susan, Just wanting to let you know we had a WONDERFUL vacation at Disneyworld! And one of the highlights was our beautiful condo you had for us. We moved right in and felt like we were at our second home. Our girls had a great time at the pool and recreation center. It was really perfect. At the rec center we met 2 men that had just purchased a home and were asking us about how we rented ours. They were very nice and were stating that they thought they might need a management company for their property. We gave them your website & raved on you guys. Thank you again. I just HAD to write and let you all know how truly grateful and satisfied we were with our DREAM HOME!! I have to admit, I was a little antsy about the whole situation from the start, with doing everything strictly over the internet but after speaking with Denise and Jacquee and going on the BBB wesite, I felt that this was the "real thing". We had a HUGE amount of people with us (something that we rarely do) and we were just so afraid that we would be crowded in on top of each other, and we just would not feel at home. How wrong we were. This home, at 4520 Philadephia was all that were hoped for and then some. There was nothing left out! The kids loved the swimming pool, of course and we (the adults) couldnt believe that there was a fully furnished kitchen, iron, ironing board, toaster, microwave, and enough towels for the entire party. There was even a washer-dryer! The home was a seven..yes SEVEN bedroom home with 4 baths. I was happy that there was a "master" on the main level with a garden tub and seperate shower, giving my husband and I some quality time together, just like if we were home. Although we didnt get to stay an extra night like we wanted, we were more than satisfied with our stay. We are already making plans to come back this year. Some members of our party said that they were going to have their mail delivered at the home!! I do have to mention the city ordinances, though. We had a member of our party to have her car ticketed for parking her two front tires,( is what the ticket read), on the sidewalk. There should have been a warning or a knock on the door to notify us of this law before a ticket was issued. Please make sure that in the near future, you let your guests know that in Liberty Village they are not to park in the driveway, blocking the sidewalk. I will never stay in a hotel again! I can assure you of this. If you want to have people that are scared to rent a home from you, as I was, to drop me a line, via e-mail, to calm their nerves, I would be happy to do so. Oh, I forgot to mention that others seem to have had a hard time with the directions, we had no problem, we went straight to the office, and then straight to the home!

We couldnt believe the price for what we got. We were all sad that we couldnt enjoy it longer. However we are already discussing going again in the future. Hi Lance-I just wanted to tell you how satisfied we were with our rental experience with you. The reservation and check-in process was so efficient and the house was exactly as you described it. We were very satisfied with the home you assigned to us. It was immaculate and well-equipped for three adults and six children. After long days at the park, it was great to come back to a comfortable house. While we prepared many meals in the big, spacious kitchens, the kids would relax and enjoy the pool. Thanks for helping us create an experience well long remember.

Hi Jeff and Lori! Thanks for asking about our stay. .Check in was quick and painless.....(which I was personally thankful for because we were all hot, tired and looked a mess after 20 hours of driving.) We filled out a short form, paid our balance on the house and our requested discount tickets and we were handed our directions and our key. Thats it! We were on our way to a hot shower and a good meal within 10 minutes. The house not only met our needs, but actually exceeded our expectations! The house was very clean and beautiful, and it was spacious enough to accommodate our large group with room to spare! Everything that we needed was already there and all we had to buy was a few groceries. We couldnt have asked for anything more. The kids had a blast in the pool, but for the adults it was too cold to swim in. The next time that we go were definitely getting the pool heated. We didnt think that wed need the pool heated in May, but well know for next time. LOL Well never stay in a hotel again. It was nice to be able to save money on lodging, avoid the expense of eating out, and not have to step all over each other in a cramped hotel room. Well definitely stay with you again next year!
